We collect contact and booking information required for ticketing, communication, fraud prevention, and event access control.
2. Payment Data
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Card/UPI credentials are processed by the payment provider and are not stored as raw credentials by CU Tickets.
3. Why We Use Data
We use your data for order confirmation, ticket delivery, support, analytics, and security auditing such as duplicate-scan/fraud checks.
